New Stamps!!

Hi all,

Well it's a horrible day in Dublin today it's lashing rain and is really cold but it means that I can sit here and play with my new stamps that I got from postie yesterday. I ordered 5 magnolia stamps from ebay as I have been looking at work from all u fab people out there and finally ordered some to play with I got Tilda with armful of tulips, Beautiful Tilda, Whellbarrow, Flying Tilda and Spellcaster Tilda and they are really gorgeous I hope to make many cards with them and save up my money to buy more :) I have made 2 cards so far so here's the 1st one 

This is Tilda with armful of tulips isn't she pretty :) I have colored her in with promarkers, the spotty paper is papermania happy birthda to you range, the green vine paper is one I got in a bumper pack or paper, the purple matting card is from the papermanis capsule collection in soothing heather, the ribbon and buttons are from hot of the press embellish-abilities pack, the gems are from papermania also and the purple flower is from a paperchase.

I have used Spellcaster Tilda she is just so cute lol I have colored her in with promarkers, the dp's are from the me to you collection, the lil pink hearts are from a forever friends kit, the lil flowers are from just pots funky flowers that I got in the papermill ages ago, the lil gems in the centre of flowers are papermania and the lil butterfly is  from a pack from paperchase and i have used my new spellbinders die labels 10 to cut the shape out and i put a bit of Glamour dust on her wand & the lil sparkles around her .

Crap weather

Hey all,

Well the weather here in Dublin is crap lol it's clammy with grey skies and overall just a dull day and i'm not really in the mood to do anything but I have some orders to finish so better get cracking lol. Last night as I was browsing the net I came across makeitcrafty's blog which I have neglected to really follow like I should have done but when I seen what they had to offer Oh my you really have to check out there 1st Birthday candy and the challenges that are going on at the moment and there are some lil prizes along the way for comments etc so make sure you get in down there :) So as I was browsing I became a subscriber by email to there newsletter and as a treat I got this gorgeous free digi so I decided to enter there challenge and they have 5 dif categories on at the moment so I chose number 5.create a project with Make it Crafty images and coloured with Blue, Mustard/Yellow and Brown (Make it Crafty Logo colours!) 

so heres my card I really need to find a better way to photograph them so you can see the detail more clearly any tips ?? I have used white, brown, light purple cs from papermill, paper is from a big stack lost the name of it sorry :(, the swirls are a di i cut from my cuttlebug, the paper flowers are a from a pack i got on qvc, the corner punch is martha stewart and the image you can get free when u sign up the newsletter from http://www.makeitcrafty.com so as they gave me a free image I thought for the challenge I would use her to show my appreciation her name is "Zoe Celebrates" and she is just adorable.

It's about time !!

Hi all,

well I'm sure you were wondering where I was gone all this time. I would love to say I was away doing something nice but no I was at home with no Internet for almost a month :(:( I have finally got back online and just in time it seems as there are some fab blog hops on at the moment I have just finished the 1st Birthday Blog-Hop over at http://frosteddesigns.blogspot.com/ the dt makes were just fab!. I am now going to pop on ova to Kenny K's blog for the Blog Hop but before I go I have a little make to show you all this is my very 1st Box with easel card top of course it is not my own design I seen a lovely one over at http://inksomething2.blogspot.com/ and just tweaked the measurements and placement of drawers to fit my design. I used a kenny k digi stamp colored with promarkers,which I cut out with my nesties,http://everybody-art-challenge.blogspot.com/ the paper is from a forever friends paper pack and the card stock is from the papermill, the punched out flower border and butterfly are from martha stewart and the flower, little button brads on the drawers and butterfly charm are from my really old stash so don't know where they came from and finally the rhinestones are from the papermania range.

So here is my 1st easel treat box I'm going to put some yankee tealights in the drawers and give it to my bessie friend as a lil pressie :)

Pink and sparkly

Morning all just home from work and said I would post up a new card I was working on last night so here it is. This is a gorgeous digi stamp from karensdoodles she has such wonderful digis I love them all lol.
I have colored her with promarkers and added sparkle to her wings, wand, headpiece, dress and shoes :)
I have hand pierced the paper all around the edges of the papers and punched the flowers down the side of the light pink paper. the butterflies are a martha stewart punch around the page punch, the flowers and ribbon were part of a set I bought awhile ago don't know where I got them though lol

good and bad day lol

Evening all well today the weather here in Dublin was crazy the winds were so wild they have taken down trees and braches and wheelie bins were all over the roads :( But there was a good side today well sort of we had the President of the U.S.A President Obama visit us today in Dublin it was really nice to see him even if it was only on the tv lol I couldn't get in to see him and michelle as I was in work that was the downside as I got stuck in traffic for over an hout on the bus in to work and then couldn't get out of town so ended up getting a taxi home :(.
Well anyway onto my card
I have recently come across Kenny K and his fab digi stamps and just had to purchase some of course lol so here she is this is Miss Thang! It's quite hard to see the glitter around the edges of the papers, the background paper is embossed with butterflies and flowers, the butterflies are martha stewart punch with silver gems and the flowers and from my stash box don't know where I got them :(
