Fancy!!

Evening All, 

I have been so bad this week I have spent so much money

 and my credit card is just about to give up lol

I had purchased a set of the new LOTV mini masterpieces the day they were released

 and they arrived last week and I couldn't believe how fabulous they were

 I had to go and order another 3 sets and it just so happened

 that the day I was buying them 

was also the day the new Christmas stamps were released

 so I had to go and buy some of them as well

 I eventually narrowed it down to 3 lol can't wait for them to arrive

 I also really needed some Copic refills so I have just finished placing my order 

from Simon Says I also got a set of nesties and some stickles

 and a set of Martha Stewart Punches I just can't help myself someone stop me!!!

 Oh and I also managed to find a dealer who had the car I wanted 

so I have to go collect it on Thursday I'm so excited as I'm getting 

a Parrot Bluetooth installed and a reversing camera thingy lol 

So anyways onto my card lol

I have made this card for my Sister's Friend who will be 18 next week.

I have used one of the fab freebies that Krista from Saturated Canary 

was offering not too long ago 

I really do love Krista all her stamps are adorable

 and such great value and she gives away quite a few freebies too

 which is always nice lol

Challenge #101

Morning all,

I nearly didn't get this post done. 

I had to attend a funeral yesterday of a young girl who was 11, 

she went to go to the school I worked in 

and was blind and in a wheelchair and 

 had no use of her legs but she was such an angel

 and had such a good spirit about her and from the 1st moment you met her

 you know you wouldn't forget her, 

well unfortunately she passed away on tuesday night 

she had a seizure and was taken to hospital and never recovered,

 the really sad thing was she had just moved to a new house

 a few weeks ago with all new fittings for her wheelchair, lifts, harnesses etc

 and a swimming pool as she loved swimming

 but she never got the chance to swim in it :( 

She will truly be missed R.I.P Jade xxxx

Week 28 Favoutite Animal

Morning All,

Can't believe it's Thursday again where has the time gone ??

 So since it's Thursday it's time for a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz!!!

So our theme this week is favourite animal.

My favourite animal is a Dog :) 

but myself and my Sister haven't been able 

to convince my Mam to let us get one :(

 we do have a cat though who was abandoned 

and decided to take refuge in our shed but then winter came

 and the poor thing was getting thinner and thinner

 so 3 years later he is still here 

and is now a proud member of our family. 

I have never really liked cats and sometimes 

I don't like our one especially when he bites and scratches 

but thank god he doesn't do it

 that often just shows how neglected he was.

Here is a quick pic of him he loves sitting up like a person lol

He also loves sleeping at the end of beds

 during the day wrapped up in a blanket 

can't find the pic at the moment but will post when I do.

Anyway onto the reason for this post as I said I love dogs 

but when I saw that the fab Krista over at Saturated Canary 

was giving this image as a freebie for 2 days only 

I just had to color her and her lil kitty up 

this is Layla she is so adorable isn't she :)

Strawberry Girl

Morning All,

Sorry I didn't get round to posting this card yesterday.

I went down to the car dealers to see about upgrading my car

 to a bigger model as my Nana who lives with us and is 93 and now 

needs a wheelchair to get around. So I wanted to get my car but in a bigger version.

So I rang the dealers and he said he had the car I wanted 

I went right down and when I got there the guy I was talking to

 was with someone so after I waited for 45 mins

 he came over and old me he had just sold it 

to the guy before me I couldn't believe it :(:( 

Talk about bad luck lol

2Sisters DT card Challenge #100

Morning All,

Where have the past few days gone I received my new storage tower 

from Viking today but when I opened it 2 out of 3 of the towers

were all broken and cracked I was so annoyed 

and when I rang them up about it I found the girl to be quite rude 

she kept saying to me could I not use them anyway :(:( 

I was like what!!! they are broken and they weren't cheap

 so I finally convinced her to send me out new ones

 and collect the old ones and she said they would ring me back on Monday

 to organize collection but they might not be able to deliver

 the replacement for 10 days !!!

 Oh I was so angry today and then to top it all off 

I remembered that I hadn't made my card for today 

it completely slipped my mind  well anyway rant over 

So since it's Saturday it means that we have a new challenge 

over at the 2Sisters Challenge Blog

 and the theme throughout July is Christmas 

so this week the optional twist is 

WHITE ON WHITE 

(with the exception of your image)

We are being sponsored by the fab DigiDoodleShop this week

 and they have been kind enough to give each of us

 a Digi stamp to work with so the one I received was

 Snow Bunnies it's such a perfect stamp for this challenge.

The only thing is I found it was really hard to photograph :(

DDS #116 Summertime

Afternoon all,

Where has the last week gone can't believe it's Thursday already 

I got some new storage for my different cards and papers

New DT news and challenge

Morning all,

Well today I can finally let you know

 that I am a proud new Design Team member over at 2Sisters Challenges :) 

I was so excited when I was told I got chosen along with some other new girls :)

So for the next 4 weeks we will be doing Christmas in July.

Today I have made a Christmas bookmark using this gorgeous Bauble stamp

Each week there will be an optional  twist along with the challenge 

so this week the twist is to not use red or green 

It was harder then I thought as every paper

 I pulled out from my hidden away Christmas box 

was all red & green and I had almost given up 

when I spotted this Purple and Blue snowflake paper thank God lol 

Sorry that the picture is crap the lighting in my room is awful and this is the best picture I could get but at least you can see the sparkle on the baubles lol.

Week 26 Charisma Cardz Sketch Challenge DT card

Morning All,

Again I'm sorry that I haven't been around much I've finished work for the summer 

and will be starting my new job in a Montessori at the end of August

 so I have to do a few courses over summer

 for that and also go back to part time college

 so i'm trying to sort all that out.

 I am also minding a 6 year old every Wednesday and Thursday 

over the summer from about 8 -5 which means

 I have to schedule my posts for those days :(

So anyway the reason I am writing this post is 

because it's a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz 

and the theme is A Sketch which was chosen by Carissa,

 I have to say I struggled a bit with this challenge

 as I still can't seem to find the energy or mojo for card making at the moment :(

And yes I know it's an awful photo the light 

was either too bright or too dark when I took it 

and this was the best out of them all.
